Who are we?
At the ‘Elite Training Academy’ we believe all athletes have more potential inside of them, they are simply looking for a way to bring that potential out of them. They know that their performance doesn’t reflect their full capabilities both in the weight room and in competition.
Our coaching staff work with our athletes to understand where they are currently and what they would like to see in the future. Through a thorough athletic performance assessment we will understand the athlete to help create a systematic plan to help the athlete improve in the weight room and translate that over into competition.
If you are unsure where you are and what you are capable of but you know there is more inside you than you show right now, we know how to bring that performance out of you.
“If you are unsure where you are and what you are capable of but you know there is more inside you than you show right now, we know how to bring that performance out of you.”
Our Coaches are specialists in their sports. They will have personal experience both in the weight room and on the field in the sport they train athletes in.
Training with a Strength and Conditioning coach that doesn’t know or understand your sport can be a difficult experience. You don’t feel connected to them or they to you.
Couple that with a coaching program that is tailored to a different sport all together because they saw it work with another athlete can be a waste of time and effort.
At the ETA all our coaching staff have experience coaching different athletes and sports but we specialize in coaching in specific sports. That’s the difference, when you come to ETA you train with someone who understands the challenges you face as an athlete and how to overcome those problems in a systematic and manageable way.

Our unique approach
WE Understand THAT EVERYONE IS UNIQUE; we like to meet our athletes where they are and strategically build their program for them.
We like to build solid relationships with our athletes and take them on their journey through our different group and one on one coaching programs.
During your strategic assessment we will analyze your movement patterns, test your performance metrics and assess your current training, nutrition and recovery strategies to put you in the best place to succeed with us.
Our goal is to help support your growth to becoming the best athlete you can be. The best way we have seen this work is by an all encompassing approach, specific to the athlete. YOU!
Our training programs will work on three distinct phases. Firstly, we will isolate specific movement patterns and help the athlete increase awareness of training.
We like to train through distinct phases of movement and we begin with eccentric training, this helps the athlete become more aware of loading the body the right way and help them understand how to absorb force.
Secondly we elevate these patterns into more specific actions for the athlete and their sport, we will incorporate more isolation work here to help the athlete and their ability to store that force created. This phase will increase muscle recruitment ready to produce more force.
Finally, we use those first two phases to help the athlete produce more force in the final phase and see their strength increase, performance increase and their athleticism increase.
