FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long do i have to commit for?

The minimum commitment we ask for is 12 weeks. This allows us to really program for progressions and help you the athlete to reach a new level of performance. We would love you to continue training with us after your program length so we offer a continuing program of 4 weeks when athletes wish to continue.

  • What is a strategic assessment?

Our strategic assessment is a meeting between coach and athlete to test where an athlete is and highlight any areas of improvement. We will also discuss with the athlete their external factors to maximise their results potential. From the assessment, athletes will be offered a program to join in which part of their assessment fee will be put forward to their program.

  • What age groups do you work with?

Our programs start from age 11. We cater to different ages and abilities to improve their physical performance.

We have high school, college, professional and recreational athletes training with us throughout the year. Our Group programs will be split into categories to cater to the different age groups.

  • How do I apply for a program?

You can apply for a program through our website forms and also through social media pages. You will be asked to submit a form with questions about you and your sport and also your commitment level.

Once the form is completed, one of our team will connect with you to book your evaluation.

  • How do programs work?

Programs begin in accordance to sports. We do have some programs that run throughout the year and we train athletes ‘in season’ focusing on their ability to stay at peak performance during the season.

Our programming will always have three distinct phases. These phases will help the athletes isolate imbalances, elevate movement patterns and translate power into the sport.

  • How many days do I train per week?

Our training programs start at three days per week. This allows athletes to recover but also gives them active recovery days. This may be conditioning, mobility and flexibility or practice days for their sport.

We will work on three full body training day splits but sometimes programs are subject to change depending on the program specificity.
